Issue: To re-configure and commission urinals sensors and fully test system

Solution: We received a report from our client that the urinal sensors fitted after a building refurbishment were not working correctly. Although we were not involved in the initial works, we’re always available to help our clients.

We re- commissioned the urinal sensors after finding that they had not been set up correctly and using an IRC sensor remote we re-configured the sensors for PIR sensitivity and for flush duration of the direct flush mechanism. The urinals are now flushing correctly, and the client now has a product that works as it should.
