Solution:  We have been servicing this client for over 5 years, ensuring that the system is kept clean and minimising callouts. We arrived on site to carry out the clean on all drainage including gullies etc. Both the foul systems were blocked and one of the lines was full of fat.

Lines jetted and blockages cleared and chambers washed down. All system running clear now.
