As we continue to review our working practices, we are only a few weeks away from implementing our new cloud based purchasing system Docuware. This is the first step towards a completely paperless job management process which will enable us to significantly reduce our paper usage and storage requirements, save time on document handling and quicken the response time for queries. No more time spent organising, filing and retrieving invoices and payments! We will soon contact all our suppliers with the new email address for invoices and information on how to easily follow the procedure.
