Job – Gutter Cleaning and Drainage

Description Gutter Cleaning – High level access utilising a MEWP (mobile elevated work platform)- Clean and clear debris from high level ledges and high level gutters on 2nd & 4th Floors,  also clearing of debris from roof areas and around domes

Description Detail Drainage – descaling of drainage stacks within the courtyard area, jetting of lines, CCTV survey to identify ongoing condition of stacks, empty and de-silt surface water gullies, utilising a medium volume tanker to reduce risk of damage to cast stacks , and a vanpack for internal access works

Works to be carried out during early hours to avoid disruption to front car park.
