I would like to express my gratitude to your company and your operatives who attended our building this morning . They did a great job and went the extra mile by removing Pigeon faeces from a particular leg of the building with the brushes they use . We have had to keep our windows closed due to the risk of the disease’s within the faeces excreted by the Pigeons. I know my neighbour above in (23) feels the same way . They passed on their thanks to Paul to. They do a sterling job when they visit our site but today they were even better. I would  to thank  Paul ( in particular) and Jack for their assistance today it is very much appreciated .
