The office floor was flooded with foul water, and traced to a blocked internal manhole. This was unblocked with the use of drain rods and then traced the cause of the blockage to a large ball of wipes trapped in the outlet. We advised the client to speak to staff and reiterated the 3 P’s: The only 3 things to go into the toilet are PEE, POO AND PAPER!
